Resident Resources

With so many more important things to do, we make it as easy as possible to pay rent, manage your account or schedule a maintenance request. Relax, we’ll take it from here.

Move-In Information

Once your application is approved, you have 48hrs to sign the lease and pay the security deposit. Prior to key pickup on your lease start date, all outstanding balances must be paid. These can include but are not limited to: 1st Month’s Rent, Admin Fees, Pet Fees, Utilities, etc.

Renters Insurance

All residents are REQUIRED to maintain liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided before move-in day. Failure to provide valid proof of the required liability insurance on move-in day will result in auto enrollment in a plan. While additional personal coverage can be acquired, it is not mandatory.

Rental Payments

Rent is paid through your online resident portal. Electronic payment/ACH from your bank is the preferred payment method, is free of charge, and allows you to set up recurring payments. Credit card payments are accepted, but processing fees apply.

Cash payers can utilize Pay Near Me services at select locations, ie. Walmart, CVS, Walgreens.

After the 5th of the month, the online portal is temporarily disabled and all rent payments must be made in Certified Funds, in person at the office.

Maintenance Requests

Every Maintenance Request MUST be submitted online, through your Resident Portal. This allows us to respond to your request quickly and in the most effective way possible. The link above will direct you to the tenant online portal.

  • Sign in and submit your request, which will go directly to our maintenance coordinator.
  • Include detailed description of the issue
  • Upload pictures - this will greatly expedite the repair process

Our maintenance team will respond to your request to either get more information or to inform you of the company name and person that will be calling you.
This should take place within 24-48 business hours from when you place your request.
