What are the lease terms available?
Lease terms are 12 to 24 Months, anything less than 12 months is on a per unit basis. -

Is renters’ insurance required?
Yes, you can either procure that yourself or enroll in our provided plan. Proof of Landlord Liability Insurance(LLI) is required to move in. Additional coverage for your personal belongings is optional but we highly recommend it. -

How do I pay rent and request maintenance?
You do everything online through your resident portal. -
Is the property smoke-free?
Smoking is not allowed in units at any of our properties. -
What happens if I need to break my lease early?
Per your lease, the process includes a proper 30-day notice, a lease break fee of 2.5x monthly rent and on time rent payments through the notice period. See your lease for more information. -
Are there any additional fees or chargers not included in the rent?
